**Please note in the contract that you must take your puppy to your Vet within 2 business days from the date
of sale or the health guarantee is null/void. Make sure you schedule your appointment as soon as you know
your pick-up date. I am not responsible if you wait and can not get the puppy into your Vet in time.
Our puppies are born and raised in the main living areas of the house where they can become
accustomed to everyday household noises and different people coming in and out. They will be
handled, loved and played with daily by me, and when they are old enough, by my family and my
friends as well. Our puppies are used to being "stacked" on a table, having their teeth checked,
their feet touched, nails trimmed, regular bathing/grooming, they will be started on newspaper
and/or pee-pads. That being said, just because they are used to it, doesn't mean that they
will like it or be good at it! Weather permitting, they are accustomed to going outside as well.
This does not mean that they will be housebroken to your home. The Buyer must understand that
when an animal is placed in a new environment, the animal must be retrained to the new home. I
DO NOT take any puppies outside of my home to socialize them until they have received all
three of their puppy vaccinations. There is just too much of a risk that they could contract
diseases that could harm, or possibly kill them. Please take note of this in the Contract.
