We have a litter due late Summer 2021

While we can make an estimated guess at adult weight, we DO NOT guarantee the adult weight of our Chihuahua puppies. There are weight charts on the internet that can be used to estimate the adult weight of Chihuahua puppies as they grow but I have found over the years that they are very unreliable. I have had puppies that were charting to be 2 lbs as an adult end up at 6 lbs and puppies that were charting 9 lbs as an adult end up at 5 lbs. If a puppy is fat, it will cause him/her to chart higher and if a puppy is very tiny/not a good eater, they will chart to be very small. Weights can fluctuate greatly as a puppy grows and some weeks they can hit greater or lesser growth spurts so their weight estimates can vary by several pounds sometimes as they grow. It is impossible for anyone to tell for sure how much a puppy will weigh as an adult. It would be like trying to guess how big a human baby will be as an adult - it is impossible. Also, several factors can influence how large a puppy will grow to be, such as; feeding Puppy food for too long, excess treats/over feeding, etc. Even with Champion lines and in-size parents, some puppies can/will grow over the Breed Standard in size. The weight charts and the size of the Sire/Dam are never a guarantee on how big a puppy will be so be prepared to love your puppy no matter how big/small he may grow up to be.

I require half of the purchase price for deposit to hold a puppy.

The deposit is to hold the puppy of your choice. It is NON-REFUNDABLE & NOT TRANSFERABLE, unless the puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care. Please

note that if a Chihuahua puppy has any hypoglycemic issues, he/she will need to stay

here until around 16 weeks of age. This is NOT considered an illness, this is a common

issue in Chihuahuas. A deposit will not be refunded due to hypoglycemia issues.

I WILL NOT HOLD A PUPPY WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. Far too many people change their

mind and I lose potential buyers/good homes because they think the puppy is sold

and will purchase elsewhere. Once a puppy becomes available, he/she will remain

available until a deposit has been received. So, this means if I am talking to more

than one approved applicant at the same time, the first applicant who commits and

places a deposit will get the puppy. Upon receiving a definite yes from you, I will hold

the puppy for 24 hours if you choose to send a United States Postal Money Order(send

it certified/overnight delivery). In the event we do not receive your deposit in a timely

manner, we reserve the right to persue another home for the puppy. The deposit will

be deducted from the purchase price of the puppy. I prefer that no further payments

be made until after the puppies have been Vet checked.

I only accept Cash, United States Postal Money Orders or Paypal(Friends and Family option ONLY).

If you happen to pay thru Paypal any other way there is a 4% fee, which is to be paid for by the Buyer.

Any Paypal fees incurred are NOT refunded by me if for any reason a deposit needs to be refunded.

I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR BANK ISSUED CHECKS.

Final Payment MUST BE IN CASH if you pay the remaining

balance due when you pick your puppy up - NO EXCEPTIONS.

I do not allow people to see puppies that have not had at least one vaccination.

Most puppies stay here until they are 10 - 12 weeks of age. Very tiny puppies or puppies

with hypoglycemic issues will have to stay longer. I will not let any puppy go to his/her

new home until they can have their first vaccination, they have been Vet checked, they

are eating and drinking okay on their own and I feel that they are ready to go.

I will not place Chihuahua puppies into homes with young children(under 12).

Chihuahuas DO NOT make good pets for young Children. Even a well meaning

child can drop or step on a young Chihuahua puppy and cause serious injury, or

even death. Repeated mis-treatment will usually lead to fear biting/aggression.

Young adults/adults and very tiny puppies are only placed into mature homes.

I also do not place puppies into homes with young/active large breed dogs or aggressive cats.

Please keep in mind, most Chihuahua puppies are between 2-3 lbs when they

go to their new homes and this is a VERY tiny puppy that can easily be injured.

While I understand that people are excited about their new puppy, I am sorry but I am unable to do

pictures and/or videos every few days. I try to do updated pictures once a week but sometimes

it may take longer. I work from home and have a very busy family life so please understand.

I retain the right to choose the best home for my puppies and refuse any sale for any reason.

I also retain the right to refund a deposit and terminate a sale if I feel there is a reason to do so.

ALL puppies are sold as Pets only, with Limited AKC Papers, on Spay/Neuter Contracts.

Sorry, we do not ship Pet puppies.

I can meet in Corinth, Bangor or Newport for free.

If you are coming from a distance, I may be able to meet

up to 2 hours from my home for 1.25/mile(one way charge).
